Wings + Horns Featured in Complex Magazine

Complex Magazine has been gearing up for the spring as of late publishing several lists recommending the top essential items for this upcoming spring season. Canadian label Wings + Horns received some shine with their line being mentioned several times by Complex.

Wings + Horns Button Down Marled Cardigan was listed as one of Complex's 'Best Spring Blazers and Sports Coats for Men'. The Marled Cardigan, which resembles a blazer through its design, was presented as a dressier alternative to the usual spring items of regular cardigans and hoodies. Made from 100% Jersey cotton, the Marled Cardigan functions as a casual light layer with the ability to be dressed up with a shirt and tie or dressed down with a tee and sneakers.

In Complex's '10 Style Risks You Should Take This Fall'. The Wings + Horns Fleece Moto Sweatpant was showcased representing the new trend in menswear of tailored sweatpants. The more tailored fit of the Wings + Horn's sweatpant presents a more modern, cleaner silhouette of the sweatpant that allows well-dressed men everywhere to remain comfortable while still looking good.

Hand Down Your Pants vintage has released their lookbook for the Spring 2012 season. Inspired by the theme of university prep, HDYP has assembled a collection featuring timeless menswear staples including oxford shirts, blazers, bow-ties, and varsity jackets. "In early 2012 I was contacted by a communications representative for Carleton University, looking to do a piece on myself and HDYP. This collection was inspired by University life, both past and present, and the fashion which is created on a campus. This Spring collection draws inspiration from the late 50′s, and early 60′s academic look of young people with bright futures. For women- longer skirts, pleated shirts, blouses, and hats- contradict the notion that less clothing is more sexy. These looks are sophisticated, worthy of respect and intrigue.
